By creating an account, using or accessing the Zobbipay India Service, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any additional terms that may be published on the website.
Zobbipay India provides BBPS-enabled bill payment services, mobile recharge, and related fintech services. We act as a platform that facilitates payments between you and billers/payment partners. The availability of specific billers, offers, and features may vary and can change without prior notice.
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Service. When you register, you agree to provide accurate and complete information and keep it updated. Account access may be suspended or terminated if we suspect false information or fraudulent activity.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (username, password, OTPs, etc.) and for all activity under your account. Immediately notify us of any unauthorized access or security breach. We are not liable for losses caused by your failure to secure your account.
Refunds or cancellations are processed according to the biller's policy and banking settlement timelines. We will assist you in raising disputes, but refund decisions and timelines are subject to biller/payment partner review. For failed payments, please check your bank/UPI status and reach out to our support if money was debited.

All content, design, logos, marks, and software used on the Service are the property of Zobbipay India or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post or transmit any materials from the Service without prior written permission.
The Service may include links to third-party websites or services. Those third parties maintain their own terms and privacy policies. We do not endorse and are not responsible for third-party content, availability or actions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free operation. We are not responsible for service outages caused by third-party providers, banks, or network issues.
Except where prohibited by law, Zobbipay India, its directors, officers, employees and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or exemplary damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability in connection with any claim related to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the specific transaction in dispute (or ₹1000 if no amount was paid).
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Zobbipay India and its affiliates from any claim, loss, liability, cost or demand, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Service.
We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at any time for breach of these Terms, fraudulent activities, or for any other reason permitted under applicable law. On termination, your rights to use the Service end immediately but certain provisions (e.g., limitation of liability, indemnity, governing law) will survive.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bhubaneswar / Odisha unless otherwise required by law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.
